The major residence is a double storey building that serves as home to its elderly residents.The Home features comfortable furnished single, double and dormitory rooms, each with its own bathroom. In additions to a number of lounges the building also contains a library,a hall for entertainment with a T.V. Reading Materials are provided as desired .A broad range of medical and healthcare services is available to Home residents.There is round the clock nursing care and on site medicals care. Residents are always encouraged to functions as independently as possible. Special diet is provided under medical supervision, as and when required.

Dietary Services Nutrition is a key factor for seniors to be healthy and at Sree Illam we ensure healthy food is served to our residents. The meals are prepared with fresh ingredients taking into consideration the nutritional needs and personal preferences of each resident. The dietary service to the patients includes Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Beverages are served in the morning, afternoon, evening and night. Our services are: Morning Tea/Coffee : 06.30 am – 07.00 am Breakfast : 08.30 am – 09.30 am Lunch : 12.30 pm – 01.00 pm Evening Tea with Snacks : 04.00 pm – 04.30 pm Dinner/ Bed Milk : 07.30 pm – 08.00 pm
